LUBIN AN

Practicing criminal law since 2007, Lubin has proved that it is never impossible to achieve a great outcome in any case, no matter how difficult. His success is credited to his approach to every case that is more strategic and creative than any expert lawyer in the state. Lubin's knowledge of the law exceeds beyond seasoned jurists, but his most impressive attribute is his savvy ability to outsmart any adversary in every type of case. He knows to be patient, and also aggressive, when necessary to win. Lubin is a strong believer that there is never only one way to win a case. His commitment to all of his cases resulted in overjoyed clients.  Lubin's passion is to win in a manner that is in the best interest of his clients.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Lubin took over the finance industry before he decided that he wanted to be a lawyer and try criminal cases in court. He earned his Juris Doctorate at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School with a specific concentration in litigation. Lubin joined Tom Cook soon after law school and has since excelled as a brilliant criminal defense lawyer.

Lubin has successfully defended those charged with serious felonies including murder, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, gang-related activity, white-collar fraud, trafficking narcotics, and sex crimes. He has also been victorious in hundreds of misdemeanor cases including DUI, possession of marijuana, prostitution, domestic violence, and serious traffic offenses. Lubin is fully conscientious of the practices of all metro area and rural courts, and he is fully aware of the practices, tendencies, and strategies of the prosecution offices of all respective jurisdictions. He has been revered by his professional peers and by all of his current and past clients for his outstanding advocacy.

Although achieving great results is the ultimate goal, Lubin also makes sure that his clients continue living life with the least burden and interruptions through the criminal process. The client is always the most important and he is ready to help.
